I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect, very nice, and well-appointed. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere, which is always nice. The service was exceptional, very responsive to our requests for maintenance and housekeeping. The location was excellent, close to everything you would want to do downtown, and a quick car trip to the airport. However, the dining experience was my only REAL disappointment, as it was a bit pricey unless included within Premier Points.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well laid out with plenty of counter space, and really comfortable. The service was outstanding, especially when they sorted out our room concern late at night. The location was super convenient, close to many attractions and dining options. However, the dining experience could have been better due to noise levels. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with beautiful and immaculate rooms, although they could use a more modern touch to avoid the 90's Marriott look. The place was clean but rather basic, and I noticed it was quite popular with a young crowd. The service was kind and professional, taking care of our needs diligently, but I wish they had the power to halt the renovations at times. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything you'd want, but the lack of clear directions for using the covered walkway was a drawback. The dining experience was average, although the public areas were noisy, making it uncomfortable for those with hearing issues. I did appreciate the amazing dining experience at Porch. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for money.
